Parker Armstrong
Parker is a five-year Class I WVSSAC high school volleyball official and a USA Volleyball referee with experience officiating in multiple states. Parker also assisted the West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission implement digital scoring and displays to the West Virginia High School Volleyball Championships, further bringing West Virginia into the modern era of volleyball.
Parker enjoys coaching, traveling, flying airplanes, and being in the sport of volleyball.
